Why all this foolishness over the Sestak case? Why doesn't the administration just plead ignorance?

I think most of us would agree they are.

Or just say, "I didn't read the law."

I think we'd all believe that

• voting on a law they hadn't read and
• passing judgement on a law they hadn't read
• is probably proof that breaking a law they hadn't read

is quite credible.
